Legal and financial stage:

After the estimate is agreed and approved, a contract is drawn up and signed, and the customer, in turn, makes an advance payment for the purchase and delivery of all building materials.

Stage of work:

We agree on the date of the work at a time convenient for the customer. We purchase and deliver all the necessary materials. To perform the work, a narrow-profile team of specialists arrives at the site with all the necessary tools and performs all the agreed work.

Cleaning the territory and handing over the object:

After all work is completed, the facility is completely cleaned up, and all garbage is taken to the landfill.

Payment for work and warranty:

The customer accepts the work and after signing the certificate of work performed, makes the final payment. The warranty for all work performed is from 12 months.

How much money is needed for repairs, including materials, furniture, textiles, etc.?

This is the most popular and controversial question among potential customers, and this is primarily due to the fact that each customer puts different things into this question - someone means only work and materials, and someone means work, materials, furniture, and textiles. Depending on various conditions: the complexity of the design project, the use of various materials, equipment and furniture, the full budget for the entire renovation may be different, however, based on our experience, the average figures in the case of a designer renovation can be calculated on our budget calculator. To do this, you need to select the area, the level of complexity of the renovation and what items need to be calculated.

What is the repair procedure?

The entire process of finishing an apartment or a country house can be divided into five stages: Rough finishing (dismantling and installing partitions, screed, plastering, wall puttying, etc.).

  • Engineering work (electrical installation, plumbing work, installing an external air conditioner unit, laying pipes, etc.).
  • Fine finishing (painting ceilings, walls, wallpapering, decorative plastering, laying tiles, parquet, etc.).
  • Installation work (installation of plumbing and accessories, lighting, assembly of interior doors, kitchen, furniture, etc.).
  • Cleaning and handing over the premises.

In reality, there are many more stages, you can read about them in the appendix to the contract for finishing the apartment. Usually, once or twice a month, the foreman closes the acts of work performed (in accordance with the appendix to the contract), and if you have no claims to the quality or volume of the work performed, you pay for this act.

How often does the foreman appear on site?

Usually, the foreman (work manager) supervises the work directly on site at least every other day, but closer to the delivery of the site - every day. At the same time, the foreman's activities are not limited to work on site. The foreman is constantly in touch, communicates with the customer, workers, suppliers and other contractors, discusses the progress of work and current issues of adjusting drawings, choosing and delivering materials, doors, furniture, etc. with the designer.

What jobs do you do or don't you do?

We perform absolutely all types of work without exception, from plastering and electrical installation work to installation of supply and exhaust ventilation and furniture assembly. At the same time, more than 95% of the work is performed by the Company's full-time employees and only 5% of rarely requested work is transferred to trusted subcontractors. Rarely requested work usually includes installation of windows using industrial mountaineering, installation of suspended ceilings, etc. 

What are the turnaround times for repairs?

The minimum period for completing repairs in an apartment or country house, subject to compliance with all building codes, especially in terms of drying the premises after wet processes, is three months. The exact period for completing repairs depends on:

  • the total area of the object being repaired;
  • the availability and complexity of the design project;
  • the availability of all finishing materials and equipment for the order.

How quickly are you ready to start repairs?

We work quite quickly and usually start work within five working days. This time is needed for:

  • familiarization of the foreman with the design project;
  • drawing up a work schedule;
  • ordering the first batch of building materials;
  • delivering consumables to the site.

In some cases, by agreement, it is possible to go to the site earlier.

Is it possible to meet with the foreman at the site on weekends?

Yes, we usually go to a meeting and organize meetings with the foreman or chief engineer on the weekends, if all participants can come to the meeting. You can also invite employees of related specialties to the meeting to discuss all the details of the future renovation: a designer, managers for the selection of finishing materials, plumbing, lighting, furniture, textiles and others.

Is it possible to change some work during the renovation process?

Yes, you can change the composition or volume of work: order additional work or exclude previously agreed work. In this case, the estimate is recalculated and an additional agreement to the repair contract is signed.
